Who owns the call data? How long is it stored?

You own your data, always. PLING is a data processor under GDPR — we only process on your behalf. Transcripts are stored as long as you want (default 90 days). Recordings are opt-in. You can delete everything with one click. DPA agreement included automatically.

Do outbound calls cost me?

Incoming calls are free (within your quota of 200/500 calls/month). Outbound calls — e.g. when the AI calls back a missed customer — count as regular calls against your quota. Over quota: 4.90 kr/min on Solo, 3.90 kr/min on Pro. No hidden fees.

What happens when someone calls with a dialect or accent?

The AI handles Swedish dialects naturally — Skånska, Värmländska, Norrländska. Accents (English, Arabic, Polish, etc.) are recognized and it can switch to English or Swedish based on the customer's preference, mid-call if needed.
